Winners include brands that worked with technology and retail, influencer campaigns in the fashion and accessories space and legacy retail approaches that expanded to the online, on-demand economy.
Verizon: The company revamped the in-store shopping experience by introducing touchless retail technology, allowing customers to pay bills, set appoints, scan products and make purchases through their phones. The strategy is providing customers with more seamless, efficient and personalized transactions.
Pura Vida: The bracelet brand launched licensing and influencer collaborations to reach new customers through TikTok and Instagram. The company has partnered with influencers including Charli D’Amelio and franchises such as Hello Kitty to drive performance across social platforms.

7-Eleven: The convenience store company transformed its app to provide frictionless experiences such as mobile checkout, a digital wallet and a 7NOW Delivery option. The brand launched these initiatives to scale its digital footprint and cater to changing customer behaviors and expectations during the pandemic.
